From our order desk to your door

We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our delivery area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The Hawaii address shown on our site is our business and return address; it does not expand our delivery area.

Two parts to your delivery timeline

Processing takes 1–3 business days. This covers preparing your order before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Transit takes 3–7 days after dispatch. Carrier delays, severe weather and busy holiday periods can affect arrival. These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

One straightforward shipping rate

• For merchandise totals of $59 or more after discounts and before tax, standard shipping is free.
• Below $59, standard shipping costs $6.99 per order.

The applicable shipping charge appears in your bag and again at checkout after you enter a valid delivery address. Any applicable tax is shown separately.

Following your parcel

When tracking becomes available, the dispatch notice provides the carrier details. If your order travels in more than one parcel, the notices identify the separate shipments.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Check your street address, unit number and ZIP code before placing an order. Contact us as soon as you notice an error; a change may not be possible once a parcel is moving. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check nearby safe locations and household members, then contact us so we can help investigate.
